HOWL! Festival announces the establishment of HOWL! HELP at the Actors Fund, the first emergency assistance fund serving East Village and Lower East Side artists.The Actors Fund is a national human service organization that helps all professionals in performing arts and entertainment. HOWL! HELP provides emergency assistance to qualified performing artists and offers other Actors Fund support services.
